Research
Work-life balance was identified as the main product opportunity.
I engaged in a series of user interviews to extract valuable insights regarding pain points within specific categories. This strategic approach aims to distill and identify optimal product opportunities by understanding the challenges users encounter.
I developed a user persona based on research on potential problems faced by users delivered during the interview. Combining all my research and personal experiences I developed a user hierarchy of needs to narrow down the product opportunity.

Defining the Problem
As remote and hybrid work models evolve, individuals face challenges in separating professional and personal time. Flexible work hours blur boundaries, creating a need for strategies and tools to maintain a balance between productivity and personal well-being. This shift calls for approaches that protect work focus while preserving moments for relaxation and leisure.
Ideation
The ideation phase began with exploring solutions to transform desk space into a more productive setup. This led to the concept of a modular board with customizable widgets, allowing users to personalize their workspace throughout the day based on their needs.

Proposed Solution
Proposing an innovative multifunctional board with configurable screens for personalized task-oriented displays. The accompanying app allows users to set operational modes for work, sleep, and gaming with seamless transitions. Integrating third-party applications enhances functionality, aiming to optimize work productivity and foster a balanced work-life dynamic.
